Food rich is essential to support the size of tuna.
February to April
Tuna go to south for spawning in the Mediterranean.
Tuna go to the Canary Islands, north along the Moroccan coast, and into the Mediterranean.

May and June
Tuna do spawning.
After the summer solstice, Tuna begin to go to Gibraltar.

July and August
Tuna that have finished spawning and are exhausted go to north in search of food.
Tuna go to the gulf of Biscay, which is rich in food.
Others, feed on the Norwegian coast & off the coast of Ireland.
